Our products are sold for personal use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed or agreed at checkout to confirm your order. Available payment methods include:

• Cash on delivery (COD) — pay in cash when the courier delivers your order.
• Card on delivery — pay by card to the courier at the time of delivery (if supported by the courier).
• Bank transfer — transfer the payment to our IBAN account. If you choose bank transfer, please get the instructions via our Instagram DM [@moonica.cy]. 

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship orders as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier service.

 

4. Exchange Policy

You may exchange your order within 5 days of receiving it.

Customers are responsible for cargo/shipping costs when returning items for exchange.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
